One day, I woke to discover even elephants can paint. Vowing not to be outdone by these artful creatures, I took up the cause. My subjects are not serious, unless you think Monty Python is serious. Humor tends to weasel its way in, despite stern resistance on my part.
I dream and work for the day when real experts will deem my skill sets as high art, worthy of the painting pachyderms. I would also like to someday be celebrated as the Father of Brief and Somewhat Less Pretentious Artists Statements.

BIOGRAPHY
Jim Jolly is a local musician, song writer, and artist. He played guitar in local bands for many years. Jim began painting in 2004.
